SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 days for processing orders for items that are in stock. Since all PHIA NYC pieces are handmade, please allow 6-8 weeks for any custom pieces or pieces that are out of stock.

All orders are shipped out using FedEx unless otherwise noted. If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, then PHIA NYC is not held responsible for any “lost” packages. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and up to date to ensure proper delivery.
